Those at the plinth of the socioeconomic hierarchy count both structural constraints and functional impediments, especially people of color. The structural constraints intend socio-historical position of servitude, racial segregation and discrimination, ghettoization, distorted unemployment rates, and inferior health look at funneled by deplorable education.
